Ingredients:
1 Pound Crabmeat
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Bunch Green Onions
1/2 Bunch Parsley
1 Pound Mushrooms
1/2 Quart Cream
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 Stick Butter
1 Dozen Large Mushrooms
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Dice bell peppers, onions, parsley and 1 pound mushrooms. Saute' vegetables in 1/2 of butter, until transparent. In a separate pan, saute' mushrooms with other half of butter until almost done. Add to vegetables. Add cream and cook approximately 5 minutes. Add crabmeat, bread crumbs and cheese until form. Add more bread crumbs slowly, if necessary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the stem from the large mushrooms. Let stuffing cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Form stuffing into a small ball and stuff cap of mushroom. Place in a baking dish. Cover each mushroom cap with mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, until warm and cheese has melted.

Ingredients:
1 Pound White Crabmeat
1 Cup Half & Half Cream
1/2 Chopped Onion
2 Tablespoons Green Onions
2 Tablespoons Chopped Celery
6 Cleaned Crab Shells
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Chopped Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Cooking Sherry
2 Tablespoons Parsley
2 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
1 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
3/4 Stick Butter
Salt
Red Pepper
Black Pepper
Directions:
Heat 4 tablespoons butter. Saute' onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic and green onion. Simmer 2 minutes. Add Half & Half, plus dry seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Sherry and Tabasco sauce.
Whisk together egg and cream. Stir into vegetable mixture. Fold in crab, parsley and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. Mix well and spoon into crab shells. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup breadcrumbs and remaining butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Chopped Onion
3 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1 Chopped Jalapeno Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Chopped Bell Pepper
2 Ounces Drained, Diced Pimento
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 Pound Lump Crabmeat
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 Cup Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons Onion-Flavored Melba Toast Crumbs
Directions:
Melt butter. Saute' onion and bell pepper. Add flour and mustard. Stir. Gradually add cream and bring to low boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, red pepper and pimiento. Let sit 5 minutes, then add crab and mayonnaise. Spoon into 4 individual baking dishes and top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

2 Dozen Boiled Crabs (Backed and Cleaned)
1 Bottle Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
3 Bunches Green Onions
1 Head of Minced Garlic
1 16-Ounce Can of Beer
2 Large Chopped Onions
2 Stalks of Chopped Celery
1 Chopped Bell Pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Marinate crabs for at least 12 hours. Enjoy!!
