Between the bayous of the Biloxi Bay and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico lives the Moore family.  The Moore family is of French-Irish descent, with a little mix of Italian.  Among the marshes and the barrier islands, the Moore family carries on the traditions of their ancestors, whose desire for fishing and cooking goes hand and hand. 

The Moore family, who owns Strictly Business Fishing Charters, would like to dedicate this site to their late grandmother.  Grandma Lula Mae always loved to cook.  The Moore family could always pass a good time eating at her home.  Grandma Lula Mae's Cajun- French dishes were always a delicacy on our palates. 

During our many years of fishing, we have had many loyal customers request information about cooking their daily catches after a day of fishing on our charter boats.  The following fish and seafood recipes will allow any cook or chef to enjoy the same mouth-watering Cajun recipes at home, that the Moore family has enjoyed for years and years along the beautiful peninsula of Biloxi, Mississippi.
